CONTENT

• The texts must address eminently legal subjects, based on legislation, jurisprudence or doctrine.
• You can submit theoretical texts (essays and articles) and practical and theoretical tips.
• It is not necessary to be original or exclusive.

AUTHORSHIP

• The text must be written by the user who will publish it.
• Articles written by third parties, by more than one author, or sent by press offices or on behalf of a legal entity will not be accepted.

FORMATTING

• Texts can be of any size or formatting.
• Maximum of 15 A4 pages.
• Only files in document format will be accepted (docx), with a maximum size of 15 MB.

COPYRIGHT

• You must comply with copyright laws.
• The article must contain the references that were used in the text, whether bibliographical or not.
• Use the rules set out in NBR 6.023/2022.

PUBLICATION

• The text you submit using this form will be evaluated, and if approved, it will be published on the website.
• If corrections are necessary, they will be communicated via email.
• Featured articles will appear at the top of the main page.

NOTICES

• We do not issue certificates of publication for articles.
• We do not have an ISSN registration.
